Going live

When a program of the Scheduleassist goes live, the following activities could occur (depends on data of the program):
  • Corresponding Fallback trigger is used as Fallback inside the server software.
  • ContentAssist Visuals receive the information of the new live program (title, description and program makers).
  • Start Trigger item gets triggered.
{info} After creating or editing a program, all changes are made in the Server, ContentAssist Visuals en Triggering.

Program requirements

In order to create or edit a program, the program needs to meet the following requirements:
  • Programs always have title-, description-, and program maker- data.
  • Most program information can’t be edited 15 minutes or earlier before going live. By that time, they are blocked.
  • Only one live program can occur at the same time.

Fallback program

If there is no program live, the ScheduleAssist moves to the β€œFallback” mode. In there is a Fallback program, this will become the new live program and thus, activated.

No Fallback program

If there has not been set up a Fallback program, the following activities will occur:
  • The regular Fallback trigger (Triggering -> Fallback trigger) is used as a Fallback trigger in the software.
  • All modules go back on their initial Server status (turned on or turned off).
  • The general Fallback Trigger of the Triggering module will be the new Fallback Trigger.
