Inside a radio station multiple programs are being broadcasted with start- and endtimes, multiple program makers and more unique information per radio program. Publishing and automating all these data has been made easy in VisualRadioAssist with the help of the ScheduleAssist.
Scheduling / agenda
If you look at the ScheduleAssist in the Control Panel there is a default overview/calendar visible of the current week. This overview is editable to month/week/day.
You can easily move or change length from programs that are not blocked (see
). Click and move an empty agenda block and create instantly a new program at the selected moment with the selected length.

{info} After creating or editing a program, all changes are made in the Server, ContentAssist Visuals en Triggering.
Program requirements
In order to create or edit a program, the program needs to meet the following requirements:
- Programs always have title-, description-, and program maker- data.
- Most program information canβt be edited 15 minutes or earlier before going live. By that time, they are blocked.
- Only one live program can occur at the same time.
Fallback program
If there is no program live, the ScheduleAssist moves to the βFallbackβ mode. In there is a Fallback program, this will become the new live program and thus, activated.
No Fallback program
If there has not been set up a Fallback program, the following activities will occur:
- The regular Fallback trigger (Triggering -> Fallback trigger) is used as a Fallback trigger in the software.
- All modules go back on their initial Server status (turned on or turned off).
- The general Fallback Trigger of the Triggering module will be the new Fallback Trigger.
